As our mortgage broker partner, Tracy serves the Avenue Connection’s clients with respect and the utmost in customer care and quality. She wants to ensure that those who come to her for mortgage help receive the right financing option to help with their financial wants and needs while still staying within their budget. As a part of Avenue Connection, Tracy helps the team with pre-approvals, breaks down all the paperwork involved, and in general serves as the middleman between the client and bank to make things as easy as possible.

After graduating from the University of Winnipeg and continuing her education at the Edward Schreyer School Tracy became a real estate paralegal for approximately 13 years before transitioning into being a real estate broker. This legal experience helps her service her clients on the mortgage broker side of things because she has intimate knowledge of all aspects of a real estate deal, not just the financing part which allows her to go above and beyond. Her clients can rest assured knowing that Tracy can answer any questions they may have and help ensure that their buying experience is seamless from start to finish.

Outside work, Tracy leads a busy and exciting life with her husband, Ken, and their three daughters along with their two dogs, cat, and four horses. Tracy enjoys the local scene in Winnipeg and doing activities at home whether that be cooking, riding her horses in the great outdoors, or just relaxing with her family.
