The Avenue Connection is proud to welcome lawyer Nathan Weltman on to our team! A professional with a focus in Residential Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial Transactions, Estate Planning, and Estate work, his goal is to answer questions people didn’t even know they had in the easiest, clearest way possible. Real Estate law shouldn’t be unapproachable, and Nathan wants to ensure his clients receive only the best practical information to inform their decisions, leaving them more knowledgeable about their largest life decision.
Nathan graduated from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor, Ontario in 2004 before travelling to the Gold Coast of Australia and receiving his Juris Doctorate at Law from Bond University in 2007. Despite having grown up primarily in British Columbia, Nathan has roots in Manitoba, where he ultimately attended the University of Manitoba for two semesters to receive his Canadian equivalencies in order to begin his practice of law in Canada. During this process, he obtained an Articling position with the law firm Levene Tadman Golub Law Corporation and at the same time, he immediately fell in love with the City of Winnipeg.
Fast forward to present day, Nathan is now a Director (owner) of Levene Tadman Golub Law Corporation. In addition, Nathan currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Rady JCC and Glendale Golf and Country Club, lectures for the Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA), volunteers from time to time with various non-profit organizations directed at first-time homebuyers, while also chairing the office United Way week programs for many years.
When not in the office, Nathan is preparing for his new extracurricular activities which will involve coaching hockey, baseball and soccer for his kids. Nathan is also an avid sports fan and participant when not coaching. Ultimately, his goal is to give back to the community in areas he can physically make a difference and direct impact on the local community.
